Service Selection & Accuracy • Clients are responsible for selecting all services accurately at the time of booking. • Please include every detail, including: • Nail art/designs • French tips • Length/shape changes • Gel vs regular polish • Removal of previous product (acrylic, dip, gel, etc.) • We allocate time based on the services selected. ➤ If services are not properly selected, we may not have enough time to accommodate additional requests. • While we will try our best to adjust when possible, changes or add-ons are NOT guaranteed. ⸻ Technician Availability • Not all technicians perform every service (e.g., advanced nail art, nail enhancements). • Booking the correct service ensures you are scheduled with the appropriate technician. • If the wrong service is selected, we cannot guarantee reassignment or accommodation. ⸻ Booking for Multiple Guests • Online booking is for individual appointments only. • For group bookings: • Please call the salon directly, OR • Create separate appointments under each guest’s name ⸻ Late Policy • Please arrive on time for your appointment. • A 10-minute grace period is allowed. • Appointments will be automatically canceled after 10 minutes if we are not notified. ⸻ Cancellations & Rescheduling • Please call the salon to cancel or reschedule your appointment. • We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice. • Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may require a deposit for future bookings. ⸻ No-Show Policy • Clients who fail to show up without notice will be marked as a no-show. • Multiple no-shows may result in: • Booking restrictions • Required deposits for future appointments ⸻ Service Adjustments • We strive to provide the highest quality service. • If there are any concerns, please notify us during your service or within 24 hours. • Changes and add-ons are considered on a case-by-case basis. ⸻ Children & Guests • For safety and to maintain a relaxing environment: • Only clients receiving services should be seated at stations • Please limit extra guests unless approved ⸻ Right to Refuse Service • Belle Vie Nail Boutique reserves the right to refuse service to anyone: • For inappropriate behavior • Repeated policy violations • Health or safety concerns.
